Damaged or Incomplete Products
Although we make every effort to ensure your products are carefully and adequately packed, sometimes goods may be damaged in transit to you. If you receive your items and find they are damaged, we are happy to send a replacement product for free. If there is damage to the packaging too please send us a photograph so that we raise the issue with our couriers to stop it from happening again.
